I’m hoping someone can help or has gone through this before. I made a withdrawal from Betplay on April 6, and by the next day, my account was blocked. They said I violated their rules by having multiple accounts, but I’ve only ever used one.

A friend of mine also had his account banned on the same day. The only possible link is we might’ve used the same Wi-Fi once — but that doesn’t mean we’re the same person.

They’re now holding a total of $2,950 between us and refuse to review the case properly or accept ID verification.

Has anyone dealt with Betplay over something like this? Any advice on where to report them or how to get our money back?

  At first, I just looked at the game catalog, because that's one of the main criteria for me. It turned out that the selection is quite large. There are different categories, so it's easy to find something interesting. Another thing I liked was the convenient navigation on the site. Everything is arranged logically, and you don't have to search long to find the game you want. I played for a few days and decided to stay here. So far, my impressions are positive.
